    摘要:

    為分析莖稈的力學性能與主要化學成分之間的相互關系,,試驗研究了小麥成熟期莖稈的主要力學性能,測定了莖稈不同狀態(tài)下纖維素、半纖維素,、木質素,,以及蛋白質,、脂肪和糖分等主要化學成分含量,。結果表明:小麥莖稈最大拉力為182.38~242.74N,,拉伸強度為30.36~52.65MPa,,彈性模量為1143.44~1985.86MPa,;纖維素、半纖維素和木質素的質量分數(shù)分別為22.58%~48.18%,、10.85%~22.45%,、483%~1059%。小麥莖稈是由纖維素,、半纖維素和木質素組成的天然高分子復合材料,,呈各向異性,其強度和剛度主要取決于纖維素,、半纖維素和木質素的含量及其鏈接形式和排列方式,。

    Abstract:

    The main mechanical properties of wheat stems in maturity were tested by the electronic testing machine CMT2502. The content of chemical compositions of cellulose, hemicelluloses, lignin, protein, lipid and total carbohydrates of wheat stems in different conditions was determined, and the relation between mechanical properties and major chemical compositions in wheat stems has been analyzed. The results show that the maximum tensile force, tensile strength and Young's modulus of wheat stems are 182.38~242.74N, 30.36~52.65MPa and 1143.44~1985.86MPa respectively; the content of cellulose, hemicelluloses and lignin of wheat stems are 22.58~48.18 percent, 10.85~22.45 percent and 4.83~10.59 percent respectively. A wheat stem is a natural anisotropic polymeric composite consisting of cellulose, hemicelluloses and lignin. The strength, stiffness and elasticity of wheat stems mainly depend on the content, linking form and sequence of cellulose, hemicelluloses and lignin.
