Based on the biomass properties of compressing and the pressed product of honeycomb biomass fuel with the characters of hardness, the process of biomass pressing can be regarded as nonlinear finite element problem. The mechanics model was created by using ANSYS software to analysis the hydrostatic pressure during the process of biomass briquetting, the equivalent strain and the relation between load and deformation, the way of using more times to add filler and compress to enhance the durability was put forward, and by applying the method of slowly compressing, materials’ degree of softness was improved so as to prevent the honeycomb biomass fuel appearing crack.
