    摘要:

    以非離子表面活性劑為乳化劑,，對生物油和柴油混合制備乳化油技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究,。以乳化油穩(wěn)定性為評價指標(biāo)，研究了乳化劑的選擇,，并考察了HLB值,、乳化溫度,、乳化時間對乳化油穩(wěn)定性的影響,。試驗結(jié)果表明：在乳化溫度為30～50℃的條件下,，以2%的司班80和吐溫80復(fù)配液并輔以0.1%的正辛醇構(gòu)成的HLB值為8的乳化劑乳化含有5%生物油和柴油的混合液,，可以形成油包水（W/O）型乳化油,，其穩(wěn)定時間可達(dá)60h；顯微鏡照片顯示,，乳化油中粒徑為5～15μm的生物油液滴占

    Abstract:

    60%以上,。The technology of emulsifying bio-oil with diesel by nonionic surfactants was researched. The nonionic surfactant was evaluated. Emulsion stability was selected as the target, and the effect of HLB value, emulsifying temperature, emulsifying time on the emulsion stability was investigated. Experimental results indicated that the stable emulsions of water in oil came into being by 2 percent nonionic surfactants combined by Span 80 and Tween 80 with the help of 0.1 percent 1-octanol at 30～50℃ the stability time of emulsion lasted for 60h; the microscopical photo of emulsion involving 5 percent bio-oil shows that the bio-oil drops whose diameters between 5 and 15μm accounted for more than 60 percent. 
