    摘要:

    提出一種管道孔板消能裝置,，利用孔板扭轉(zhuǎn)形成階梯螺旋孔口使水流強制扭轉(zhuǎn),，因水流在短距離內(nèi)瞬間作較大角度的扭轉(zhuǎn)而形成強度較大的螺旋流，其消能降壓比率較高,，并可在較大范圍內(nèi)進行調(diào)節(jié),，是一種農(nóng)業(yè)節(jié)水灌溉管道系統(tǒng)消能降壓裝置，可用于農(nóng)業(yè)節(jié)水灌溉供水系統(tǒng)和其他類似需要消能降壓的管道系統(tǒng)。

    Abstract:

    Agricultural water saving and irrigation water supply system, due to the different irrigate style, needs different water supply pressure. By installing energy dissipation and decompression equipment at some branch line of water supply, it could meet the pressure demand of different water saving and irrigation water supply methods. The energy dissipation equipment proposed made use of the orifice twisting to form the step and spiral-orifice which make the flow twist compulsively. As the flow twisted large angle in short distance instantly to form higher intensity spiral flow, the ratio of energy dissipation and decompression was higher, it could also be regulated in large range, so it could be used in agricultural water saving and irrigation water supply system and other similar piping system that needs energy dissipation.
