    摘要:

    為確定符合內(nèi)燃—直線發(fā)電集成動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)(ICLG)工作要求的電控噴油器,,在分析噴油器工作原理的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了一套用于噴油器流量特性研究的測控系統(tǒng)。本文利用該系統(tǒng)對所選用的噴油器進(jìn)行了流量特性測試,得到了其動(dòng)態(tài)流量特性曲線,并通過誤差分析和電流信號分析,,最終確定了該噴油器的噴油量計(jì)算公式,,為燃油量的精確控制提供了依據(jù),。

    Abstract:

    As a new type of power source for vehicle, the internal combustion linear generator integrated power system (ICLG) has its novelty and special operation mode. A free-piston single-cylinder four-stroke SI-engine was used for ICLG. The experimental bench was used to measure flux characteristic, and the selected electronic injector has been tested to ensure its dynamic flux characteristic and ensure if it was suitable for ICLG. By experiments, the dynamic flux characteristic curve of the selected injector was obtained and the formula of computing injected fuel under certain pulse was also verified. The results laid foundation for the further research on ICLG.
