    摘要:

    通過(guò)對(duì)鼓式制動(dòng)器慣性制動(dòng)時(shí)蹄鼓摩擦接觸狀態(tài)分析,考慮接觸副摩擦因數(shù)溫度特性,,以EQ1208車(chē)后橋鼓式制動(dòng)器為例,,對(duì)建立的鼓式制動(dòng)器熱—機(jī)耦合三維有限元模型進(jìn)行了慣性制動(dòng)工況數(shù)值仿真,得到了鼓式制動(dòng)器耦合瞬態(tài)溫度場(chǎng)仿真結(jié)果,。A測(cè)試點(diǎn)溫升試驗(yàn)結(jié)果與仿真結(jié)果對(duì)比,,兩者變化趨勢(shì)相同,且吻合較好,。對(duì)在慣性制動(dòng)工況下的鼓式制動(dòng)器溫升主要影響因素(車(chē)速和道路坡度)進(jìn)行了仿真分析,。

    Abstract:

    By way of analyzing the frictional contact status of the drum brake and taking the temperature model of frictional coefficient into account, the thermo-mechanical coupling numerical simulation of the established 3D finite element model for the rear wheel’s drum brake of commercial vehicle EQ1208 is carried out for the inertia brake operation. Then the simulation results of coupling transient temperature field of the drum brake are obtained. Though the A point temperature-rising results comparison between test and simulation, the variation trends of them are coordinate and the simulation results are accurate. It is indicated that the 3D thermo-mechanical finite element model are fit well. At last the main influence elements(vehicle velocity and road grade)of the brake temperature rising for the inertia brake operation are analyzed. 
