    摘要:

    設(shè)計了一種阻尼可調(diào)的油氣懸架,,在分析其結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理的基礎(chǔ)上,,建立了油氣懸架非線性阻尼數(shù)學模型,。應(yīng)用Matlab/Simulink軟件,,分析了可調(diào)阻尼閥各結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對油氣懸架阻尼特性的影響,,并對仿真結(jié)果進行了試驗驗證,。結(jié)果表明,,通過合理選擇串并聯(lián)節(jié)流孔大小,、單向閥最大開度以及單向閥彈簧預壓縮量等阻尼閥結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù),,可以得到較為理想的油氣懸架阻尼特性,。

    Abstract:

    A kind of hydro-pneumatic suspension with controllable damping was designed. A complex nonlinear mathematic damping model of hydro-pneumatic suspensions was set up on the basis of comprehensive analysis of its working principle and structure. The effects of the controllable valve structural parameters on the hydro-pneumatic suspension damping characteristics were mainly discussed by using software Matlab/Simulink. The comparison of simulation results and bench test showed that the mathematic model is authentic, and the perfect damping characteristics of the hydro-pneumatic suspension could be obtained through rational selection of the valve structural parameters, such as the size of the parallel or series orifices, the maximum opening capacity or the spring pre-compression of the one-way valve.
