    摘要:

    為自動(dòng)采集水果機(jī)器視覺(jué)分選機(jī)輸送裝置上水果所有表面的圖像信息,,設(shè)計(jì)了一套水果流動(dòng)態(tài)圖像實(shí)時(shí)采集系統(tǒng),,并提出了一種水果流等轉(zhuǎn)角動(dòng)態(tài)序列圖像實(shí)時(shí)采集方法,依靠水果輸送翻轉(zhuǎn)裝置實(shí)現(xiàn)水果的等角速度均勻翻轉(zhuǎn),,依靠圖像采集實(shí)時(shí)控制系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)2臺(tái)攝像機(jī)的適時(shí)同步觸發(fā),再通過(guò)圖像處理系統(tǒng)判斷獲取圖像中有無(wú)水果及圖像的奇偶幀特性,,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了輸送線上不同大小水果的等轉(zhuǎn)角動(dòng)態(tài)序列圖像自動(dòng)采集,。試驗(yàn)表明,該系統(tǒng)能自動(dòng)采集到輸送線上每個(gè)水果的6幀圖像,,且相鄰圖像幀之間水果大約旋轉(zhuǎn)60°,,6幀圖像中水果近似旋轉(zhuǎn)一周。

    Abstract:

    An image acquisition system was designed for fruit machine vision grader to obtain image information about the whole surface of each fruit in fruit flow on the roller conveyor of the grader. The conveyor could transport quasi-spherical fruits with different size and force them rotating with an approximately equal rotational speed on the rollers. With the conveyor and a synchronization control system, a real-time acquisition method of dynamic image sequence of the fruit flow was presented, which could acquire dynamic image sequence of the fruit flow with approximately equal fruit rotation angle between consecutive images. Experimental results show that the image acquisition system can capture 6 sequential images of each fruit in the fruit flow, and fruits regardless of size rotate about 60° between two consecutive images. One complete revolution could be done in 6 sequential images. 
