    摘要:

    通過對葉片式可控阻尼減振器的結(jié)構(gòu)分析,建立葉片式可控阻尼減振器的流體力學(xué)模型,,模擬減振器內(nèi)部流體結(jié)構(gòu),,采用試驗(yàn)參數(shù)識別的方法確定模型參數(shù),,分析減振器的阻尼特性,。闡明了減振器阻尼特性受到工作液溫度,、比例流量閥節(jié)流口開度以及連接臂端激勵速度的影響以及比例流量閥對減振器“溫衰”效應(yīng)的補(bǔ)償作用,。通過仿真分析與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的一致性對比,,驗(yàn)證了所提方法的可行性和準(zhǔn)確性。

    Abstract:

    A hydraulic model of controllable damping vane damper was established based on the structure analysis, the hydro-structure of which was simulated. Based on test data in different temperature of damping force and velocity input, the parameters of the hydraulic model were identified by the least squares fitting method. At different temperature, the comparison of the test data and results of calculation with the fitting parameters show that the parameters are reasonable and the method is valid. With the fitting parameters and calculation result, controllable damping vane damper design and characteristic analysis can be supported. The result also shows that the temperature can influence the damping force, but controllable damping vane damper can reduce the trend which makes the damping force lower. 
