    摘要:

    分析了電動助力轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)的工作原理及控制器可靠設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),。EPS控制器的模塊化設(shè)計(jì)將信號處理電路和功率驅(qū)動電路進(jìn)行分層設(shè)計(jì),,增強(qiáng)系統(tǒng)的抗干擾能力和可靠性,;PWM驅(qū)動頻率的選擇要考慮與機(jī)械系統(tǒng)固有頻率的關(guān)系、對電樞電流紋波的影響及對人的噪聲影響,,同時(shí)要考慮開關(guān)時(shí)電流脈峰對開關(guān)管及電動機(jī)安全的影響,;3個(gè)MOS管的并聯(lián)工作要考慮經(jīng)濟(jì)性、電路板空間與發(fā)熱功耗,、可靠性的關(guān)系,;MOS管的散熱設(shè)計(jì)通過合理地選擇散熱片及其參數(shù),可以提高驅(qū)動效率和穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行能力,。

    Abstract:

    The working principle and key technologies for reliable design of EPS controller were analyzed. The signal processing circuit and the power drive circuit were hierarchically designed to improve the anti-jamming capability and reliability. The PWM frequency was selected considering the relationship between the PWM frequency and the natural frequency of the mechanical system, the influence on the armature current ripple and the noise impact on people. Meanwhile, the influence of switching current pulse on the safety of the transistors and the motor should be taken into account. Three MOS transistors were paralleled for the economy, the heat dissipation and the reliability. The heat dissipation flake and its relevant parameters were selected to improve the drive efficiency and the stable operation capability.
