    摘要:

    以優(yōu)化可配置產(chǎn)品的綠色性能為目標(biāo),,在產(chǎn)品族功能結(jié)構(gòu)映射的基礎(chǔ)上,將環(huán)境性能納入產(chǎn)品配置設(shè)計(jì)的考慮范疇,給出了一種面向綠色設(shè)計(jì)的產(chǎn)品優(yōu)化配置方法。從拆卸性能、回收性能,、使用壽命以及環(huán)境影響4個(gè)方面對(duì)產(chǎn)品族內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)單元的綠色性能進(jìn)行量化分析,。在對(duì)量化結(jié)果進(jìn)行規(guī)范化處理的基礎(chǔ)上,,以可配置產(chǎn)品的綠色性能最優(yōu)為目標(biāo),,建立了優(yōu)化數(shù)學(xué)模型,并給出了相應(yīng)的求解算法,。以某立式銑床主軸箱的配置設(shè)計(jì)為例,,對(duì)該方法進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。

    Abstract:

    Targeting on optimizing green performance of configurable product, taking environment performance into consideration of product configuration design, a green design oriented product optimizing configuration method was given based on product family function-structure mapping. The quantified analysis was given to green performance of product family inner structure unit from four aspects: disassembly performance, recycle performance, lifespan and environmental influence. On the foundation of standardizing quantified results, targeting on the optimized green performance of configurable product, an optimized mathematic model was established and the corresponding algorithm was given. Finally, the configuration and design of spindle box of a vertical milling machine was exemplified to validate the method.  
