    摘要:

    通過設(shè)置導(dǎo)禾器和疊加式驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu),,將雙動(dòng)刀往復(fù)式切割器應(yīng)用于全喂入稻麥聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)。建立了雙動(dòng)刀切割器與驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)的參數(shù)計(jì)算式,,應(yīng)用Matlab軟件對(duì)切割圖進(jìn)行了數(shù)值分析,,對(duì)單、雙動(dòng)刀切割器進(jìn)行幅頻對(duì)比測(cè)定,。結(jié)果表明,,疊加式驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)可縮小驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)外伸寬度,,不影響全喂入聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)開道作業(yè),導(dǎo)禾器可解決無護(hù)刃器切割器的導(dǎo)禾和橫向切割支承問題,。雙動(dòng)刀切割器的絕對(duì)速度是單動(dòng)刀等行程的2倍,,平均切割速度可達(dá)1.58m/s,且切割器慣性力相互平衡,;應(yīng)用雙動(dòng)刀切割器可提高全喂入聯(lián)合收獲的作業(yè)效率并降低由振動(dòng)引起的故障,。

    Abstract:

    A double knife section reciprocating cutter was applied in a whole-feeding rice-wheat combine by setting a standing grain leading device and a stacked drive mechanism. The various parameters calculation equations of double knife section reciprocating cutter and drive mechanism ware established. The numerical analysis of cutting diagram was carried out with Matlab and the contrast determination of amplitude-frequency between single and double knife section reciprocating cutter was obtained. The results show that the stacked drive mechanism can shorten its own protractile width and not affect first travel operations of the whole feeding combine. The standing grain leading device can solve the grain leading and horizontal supports of the cutter without blade protection. The absolute velocity of double knife section reciprocating cutter is the twice of that of the single knife. The average cutting velocity is 1.58m/s. The double knife section reciprocating cutter can improve the efficiency of the harvesting operations and lower the trouble due to vibration.  
