1.53 m,。Installation of a jet device in centrifugal pump inlet can improve property of anti-cavitation. Because of the limitation of structural dimension for traditional single injector jet device, the throat cannot be long, so the flow can not be fully mixed, which results the low efficiency of the jet device and the improvement of cavitation performance is not good. A new method has been advanced. Using multi-nozzle jet device to enhance the energy of sucked liquid, in case the throat was short, the mixture of energy could be uniformly mixed, which enhanced the efficiency of the jet device. The basic structure of multi-nozzle jet centrifugal pump was presented, some corresponding theoretical analysis was made and comparison test was done. The results showed that the installation of multi-nozzle jet device could increase the inlet pressure to 1.53 m. This method opened a new path for solving the cavitation problem of centrifugal pump and has an important significance in practical application.
