When the practical dynamic measuring system is abated or discarded as useless, some parts of the system can not work longer, while other parts still have good situation, and it may lead to a lot wastes of resource. Based on the whole-system dynamic accuracy theory, traces and decomposes the whole dynamic error, the uniform loss theoretical model for dynamic measurement systems was put forward to direct the uniform loss design according to a principle of equality life design. The most efficiency can be realized for every error source simultaneous loss during the uniform loss design.
