毒素產生菌在蘋果貯藏期間容易產生展青霉素，為此，從蘋果園,、獼猴桃園、菜園的土壤中分離出154株放線菌，從中篩選出對3株展青霉素產生菌有拮抗作用的放線菌4株,，復篩選得到抑菌效果最好的1株（C16），對展青霉的抑菌直徑達2.33 cm,。通過形態(tài)觀察,、生理生化特征等方面的檢測,，初步鑒定該菌株屬于放線菌目（Actinomycetales）第Ⅷ科小單胞菌科（Micromonosporaceae）第Ⅵ屬小多胞菌屬（

Abstract:

Micropolyspora）。In order to find out actinomycetes having ability in patulin-producing penicillum, 154 strains of actinomycetes having different colony characteristics were isolated from soils of apple orchard, kiwifruit orchard and vegetable orchard. After screening, 4 strains were selected for further screening because they had high ability in inhibiting the growth of 3 strains of patulin-producing pecillium on the agar medium. Strain C16 showed the highest inhibiting ability by producing 2.33 cm inhibitory diameter in agar plate tests. Based on the morphologic,physiological and biochemical characteristics, C16 was identified as the Order of Actinomycetales ,，the Family of Micromonosporaceae , and the Genus of Micropolyspora. 
