    使用SLG67-18.5型雙螺桿擠壓機研究亞麻籽擠壓膨化工藝參數(shù)對亞麻籽體外消化率的影響,，采用四因子二次通用旋轉(zhuǎn)組合設(shè)計進行試驗，建立亞麻籽體外消化率的數(shù)學(xué)模型,，考察了膨化溫度,、螺桿轉(zhuǎn)速、喂料速度,、亞麻籽含水率對膨化亞麻籽體外消化率的影響規(guī)律和交互作用,，影響程度依次為含水率、喂料速度,、螺桿轉(zhuǎn)速,、溫度，其中螺桿轉(zhuǎn)速和溫度影響不顯著,，只有溫度和螺桿轉(zhuǎn)速的交互作用顯著,。并通過膨化亞麻籽的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)分析了膨化后體外消化率得以提高的機理。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the effects of extruding technological parameters on in vitro protein digestibility of flaxseed, extruding experiments were carried out by SLG67-18.5 type twin-screw extruder. The effects of temperature, moisture content, rotation speed of screw and feeding speed on in vitro protein digestibility of flaxseed were investigated respectively. The relations between in vitro protein digestibility and each parameter were obtained with normal orthogonal rotary regression method. Subsequently, the regression model of in vitro protein digestibility was established, and the microstructure of extruded flaxseed was also analyzed. According to the results, temperature and rotation speed of screw didn't have obvious influence on in vitro protein digestibility, but the interaction of them were obvious. The experimental results provided a useful formation to the industrial production of flaxseed extrusion. 
