    摘要:

    針對(duì)聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)的非線性,、復(fù)雜性,，將灰色預(yù)測(cè)理論和模糊PID控制設(shè)計(jì)思想相融合，建立了灰色預(yù)測(cè)數(shù)學(xué)模型,，設(shè)計(jì)了灰色預(yù)測(cè)模糊PID控制器,，并將其應(yīng)用于喂入量的控制,。仿真表明,，灰色預(yù)測(cè)模糊PID控制算法可以提高傳統(tǒng)PID控制和模糊PID控制的質(zhì)量及魯棒性,，改善系統(tǒng)性能，獲得較好的控制效果,。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the nonlinearity and complexity of combine control system, the grey prediction theory and the fuzzy PID control ideas were combined, a grey prediction mathematical model was established and a fuzzy PID controller with grey prediction was developed. It was applied to control the feeding quantity of combine. The simulation results showed that the fuzzy PID control algorithm with grey prediction had better performances for the control of the feeding quantity, which could improve the control quality and robustness of traditional PID control and fuzzy PID control. 
