    摘要:

    建立了精確的電控柴油機(jī)電磁閥驅(qū)動(dòng)電路PSPICE模型。通過仿真分析,,討論了不同參數(shù)對電磁閥驅(qū)動(dòng)電流特性的影響,。在對各個(gè)因素進(jìn)行綜合分析的基礎(chǔ)上,,設(shè)計(jì)了電控柴油機(jī)電磁閥通用驅(qū)動(dòng)模塊,。該模塊采用電路反饋,、高低端控制以及高低電源驅(qū)動(dòng)的方式,,滿足了電控柴油機(jī)高速電磁閥驅(qū)動(dòng)的要求,。同時(shí),基于仿真方法,,還設(shè)計(jì)了電磁閥驅(qū)動(dòng)回路的故障檢測,、診斷以及ECU自保護(hù)功能。試驗(yàn)表明,,采用該方法設(shè)計(jì)電控單體泵柴油機(jī),、高壓共軌電控柴油機(jī)用ECU的電磁閥驅(qū)動(dòng)模塊是高效可靠的。

    Abstract:

    A precise PSPICE model for the driving circuit of solenoid valve for electrically controlled diesel engine was created. Based on abundant analyses of the simulation results on the condition of different parameters, a driving circuit module of solenoid valve was designed. By applying the methods of high and low side driving, high and low driving voltage, and the feedback control of driving current, this module could fully realize the requirements for solenoid valve. At the same time, the fault detecting and diagnosing circuit for solenoid valve was designed. A self-protecting circuit for ECU at the time of solenoid valve winding circuit short was also realized. The tests showed that the ECU for EUP (electronic unit pump) diesel engine and high pressure common rail diesel engine, which applied this module, could achieve the current driving requirement of solenoid valve.
