    摘要:

    在聲光調(diào)Q二級(jí)管泵浦固體光源(DPSS)Nd∶YAG激光器基礎(chǔ)上,,采用“單脈沖同點(diǎn)間隔多次”激光微加工工藝,,對(duì)灰鑄鐵材料表面進(jìn)行微造型加工。分析了激光波長(zhǎng),、光斑距離、重疊面積系數(shù)及重復(fù)頻率對(duì)微造型質(zhì)量的影響。試驗(yàn)研究表明,,該工藝能有效防止金屬熔融和重鑄現(xiàn)象,獲得較為理想的微腔形貌和表面質(zhì)量,。分析了微加工斷面形貌,,表明微腔(槽)表面留有一層與基體結(jié)合良好的硬化層。通過(guò)4L88型柴油機(jī)激光珩磨缸套的性能試驗(yàn)研究表明,,與普通平頂珩磨缸套相比,,采用激光珩磨缸套,柴油機(jī)機(jī)油耗降低39.3%,,漏氣量降低

    Abstract:

    30%,PM排放降低18.8%,。The experimental results revealed that it is practicable to machine gray cast iron with single pulse interval laser micro-machining method by a Q switched diode-pumped solid-state (DPSS) Nd∶YAG laser. The effect of laser parameters (wavelength,light spot distance, overlap area factor and repetition frequency) on micro-machining quality was discussed. A desired micro-structure and surface quality could be achieved to overcome the adverse effect of thermal diffusion and prevent the melting and recasting efficiently. The section SEM of cutting grooves with JXA-840A was also analyzed. It is found that the treated layers of grooves have good joining state on the base metal. The optimized technology has been applied in the laser honing experiment. With the laser texturing of 4L88 diesel cylinder-bore surface, the oil consumption was reduced by 39.3%, the emission of combustion engines was reduced by 30%, and the particulate emission was reduced by 18.8%, comparing with traditional plateau honing.
