    摘要:

    分析了由一級普通圓柱齒輪傳動和一級雙環(huán)減速傳動構(gòu)成的新型兩級同軸環(huán)式減速機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)、傳動原理,。在此基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)制造了樣機(jī),采用ADAMS軟件,,建立整個(gè)減速機(jī)傳動系統(tǒng)剛體動力學(xué)模型,對關(guān)鍵受力部件——轉(zhuǎn)臂軸承的受力情況進(jìn)行了分析,;采用接觸有限元分析方法,,對兩級內(nèi)外嚙合齒輪副的承載能力進(jìn)行了計(jì)算;在齒輪傳動實(shí)驗(yàn)臺上對該減速機(jī)性能進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,,表明該減速機(jī)的傳動效率達(dá)94%,振動達(dá)國家B級水平,。

    Abstract:

    On the basis of transmission principle and existing problems analysis of existing ring-reducer with small tooth number difference and parallel and movable axis, a new two-stage coaxial ring-reducer was put forward which constituted of a common cylindrical gear transmission and a double loop reduction transmission. The structural characteristics, transmission principle were analyzed. Based on these results, the model machine was designed and manufactured. The rigid body dynamics model of entire reducer transmission system was established by using ADAMS software. The force analysis of key force components-tumbler bearing was conducted. The load-carrying capacity of both inside and outside of meshing gears was calculated with finite element contacts analysis methods. Reducer performance was tested on test rig of gear transmission, which showed that the transmission efficiency of reducer was 94% and vibration was country B level. 
