    摘要:

    針對某專用汽車分動箱上應(yīng)急泵螺栓斷裂問題進(jìn)行了試驗?zāi)B(tài)分析。先對分動箱進(jìn)行單獨(dú)的模態(tài)試驗,，得到其相應(yīng)的模態(tài)參數(shù),，然后對工作狀態(tài)的分動箱進(jìn)行路試試驗,，根據(jù)得到的傳遞函數(shù)進(jìn)行振動分析,。為了防止模態(tài)試驗中模態(tài)遺漏和虛假模態(tài)的出現(xiàn),，在分動箱模態(tài)試驗時,，將得到的試驗?zāi)B(tài)振型與有限元計算得到的振型作相關(guān)性分析,，提取出真實的模態(tài)參數(shù)。通過試驗?zāi)B(tài)分析,，找到了螺栓斷裂的原因,，給出了相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)辦法。

    Abstract:

    The modal analysis has been done to the problem of the rupture of the bolt in the pump which used in meeting an emergency in the transfer case of certain special vehicle. At first, the modal experiment of the transfer case has been done, and the modal parameters have been obtained, and then let the vehicle steer on the road which was similar to the condition of the working station. Combined with transmission route of stimulation, the vibration of the vehicle was analyzed. The correlation analysis of mode shape was done so as to prevent the generation of spurious mode and mode from missing. The fundamentality reason of rupture of the bolt was found, the corresponding ameliorable method was given. 
