Based on the analysis of elasticity of rubber elements with FEM, the multi-body dynamic model for whole car has been established by using SIMPACK software. The detailed analysis result showed that the stiffness and damping of rubber elements had less effectiveness on the PSD of floor vibration acceleration in body resonance range and reduced peak value of floor acceleration from 6.5% to 25.4% in frequency of 4~13 Hz, therefore, the rubber elements had noticeable improvement on ride comfort. In addition, the less damping should be elected for harder rubber elements and the damping could be neglected for soft rubber elements.
