    摘要:

    機構(gòu)運動副間隙對系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)響應(yīng)有重要影響,,有必要將轉(zhuǎn)向機構(gòu)運動副間隙引入汽車擺振系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)分析?;诜蔷€性系統(tǒng)動力學(xué),,應(yīng)用拉格朗日方程建立了考慮轉(zhuǎn)向機構(gòu)運動副間隙的六自由度擺振動力學(xué)模型,。通過仿真分析討論了車速對前輪擺振的影響,,結(jié)果表明在特定車速范圍內(nèi)前輪會發(fā)生自激擺振,,這與實際情況吻合,,驗證了模型的正確性,。

    Abstract:

    The clearance of movement pair of mechanism can make great influence on dynamic response of the system. Therefore, it is necessary to take into consideration of the clearance of movement pair of steering mechanism in dynamic analysis of vehicle shimmy system. Based on nonlinear dynamics, the 6-DOF dynamic model of vehicle shimmy system with consideration of clearance of movement pair of steering mechanism was established with Lagrange equations. Based on the parameters of a certain vehicle, simulation on the dynamic response of the vehicle shimmy system was performed, and the effect of the vehicle speed on the front wheel shimmy was discussed. The results showed that self-excited shimmy would occur under certain vehicle speed range, which met well with the experimental results of roadway tests of the vehicle. Therefore, the presented method is verified.
