    摘要:

    設(shè)計了一套應(yīng)用于機械設(shè)備故障診斷的便攜式數(shù)據(jù)采集分析系統(tǒng),。系統(tǒng)整體采用主從結(jié)構(gòu):上位機軟件基于Labview,,主要實現(xiàn)路徑,、數(shù)據(jù),、通訊等的管理以及數(shù)據(jù)分析,;下位機實現(xiàn)采集,、分析,。下位機的硬件層核心采用片上系統(tǒng)(SoC)芯片,;操作系統(tǒng)層移植了自行研發(fā)的實時操作系統(tǒng)(RTOS):TDNC-OS,,給出了任務(wù)劃分,;應(yīng)用軟件層引入了緩沖區(qū)操作機制;通訊層主要由UART模塊組成,。實例表明系統(tǒng)具有很好的實時性和可靠性,。

    Abstract:

    A portable data acquisition and analysis system was developed. This system was used to diagnose faults of mechanical equipments. A structure of principal and subordinate was adopted by the instrument: the former was based on Labview, and it achieved the management of trails, data and communications and the analysis of signals; the latter was used for data acquisition and data analysis. The subordinate consisted of hardware layer, hardware-driven layer, operating system layer, application software layer and commutation layer between the upper and the lower system. The kernel of hardware layer was a SoC; our laboratory’s RTOS: TDNC-OS was transplanted into the SoC as its operating system layer, and the division of tasks was given; a principle of buffer zone was introduced into the application software layer; UART module was the main part of communication layer. Finally, an example was given to show that the system run accurately in practice. The prototype of the instrument has been produced, and it is well-functioning.
