    摘要:

    利用局部綜合法對(duì)非零正傳動(dòng)弧齒錐齒輪副進(jìn)行大重合度加工參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì),,克服了非零正傳動(dòng)由于嚙合角增大而使得重合度降低的不足。通過實(shí)例與常規(guī)設(shè)計(jì)的結(jié)果進(jìn)行仿真與應(yīng)力分析對(duì)比,,結(jié)果表明,,在同樣的載荷條件下,,新設(shè)計(jì)比常規(guī)設(shè)計(jì)的小輪最大齒根拉伸應(yīng)力減小27.6%,最大齒根壓縮應(yīng)力減小23.5%,,最大齒面接觸應(yīng)力減小6.5%,,同時(shí)大輪的齒根應(yīng)力也有所降低,使得齒輪副具有更高的壽命和可靠性,。

    Abstract:

    For non-zero-modification transmission spiral bevel gear, its machining parameters can be designed with local synthesis. This new design method can correct the shortage of non-zero-positive transmission, because it lets contact ratio decline with mesh angle increasing. Two different designs about stress analysis were compared by using an example. With the same load, the new design made pinion root stress reduced obviously then traditional design, the maximal root stretched stress reduced 27.6%, the maximal root compressed stress reduced 23.5%, the maximal tooth contact stress reduced 6.5%, and gear root stress also reduced a little. New tooth profile and machining parameters design prolonged the gear set life and higher its reliability.
