NI series D/A output card and LabVIEW software were used as the programming tool to simulate and emit several core ECU signals. A simulation environment of ECU's working condition was created. The parameters of signal emitting system of automobile's engine ECU based on virtual instrument technology approved to be accurate and stable by the test, comparison and analysis between actual signals of engine experimental station and signals of signal emitting system.
