    摘要:

    在單跨轉(zhuǎn)子模型實驗臺上,，人為松動軸承座一側(cè)的緊固螺栓,造成支承結(jié)構(gòu)的彈性剛度減弱,模擬實際工程中存在的旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械松動故障,。利用三維譜陣圖、小波尺度圖和軸心軌跡圖對采集到的帶有松動故障的豎直方向振動信號進(jìn)行了分析,。分析結(jié)果表明,，在一階臨界轉(zhuǎn)速附近會產(chǎn)生比較混亂的低頻分量，出現(xiàn)了復(fù)雜的非線性現(xiàn)象,，如出現(xiàn)擬周期,、分岔等現(xiàn)象。在超過2倍臨界轉(zhuǎn)速后低頻成分趨于穩(wěn)定,。

    Abstract:

    A model test rig of single-span rotor system was set up. By loosing tap bolts at one side of bearing housing to weaken elastic stiffness of supporting structure, the pedestal looseness faults existing in rotating machinery were simulated. The collected vibration signals with looseness faults at vertical direction have been analyzed by the 3-D waterfall spectrum, wavelet scalogram and trajectory. The analytical results showed that the chaotic low frequency components occurred near the first critical speed and the complicated nonlinear phenomena appeared, such as quasiperiodic motions and bifurcations etc. When the rotational speed exceeded double critical speed, the low frequency components tended towards stability.
