    摘要:

    為了研究適合近紅外光譜無(wú)損檢測(cè)臍橙VC含量的光譜預(yù)處理方法,，比較了11種光譜預(yù)處理方法對(duì)偏最小二乘法（PLS）建模預(yù)測(cè)效果的影響,。結(jié)果表明,，小波消噪效果最好，模型預(yù)測(cè)值與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值的相關(guān)系數(shù)R達(dá)到0.9574，交叉驗(yàn)證預(yù)測(cè)均方差僅為3.90,，最優(yōu)光譜波段為7501.7～5449.8 cm-1,，主成分?jǐn)?shù)為8,。小波消噪是臍橙VC含量近紅外光譜無(wú)損檢測(cè)的有效光譜預(yù)處理方法。

    Abstract:

    In order to search an appropriate pretreatment method to nondestructive measure vitamin C content of umbilical orange, the effect of 11 pretreatment methods to the model based on PLS has been compared. The results showed that the best effect was wavelet do-noised. Its R was 0.9574, its RMSECV was 3.90, its best wave band was 7501.7～5449.8 cm-1, and its principal element was 8. The wavelet do-noised was an efficient method to nondestructive measure vitamin C content of umbilical orange with near-infrared spectroscopy.
