    摘要:

    針對以秸稈為碳源的微生物固態(tài)基質(zhì)發(fā)酵對上游設(shè)備的要求,，根據(jù)反芻動物瘤胃結(jié)構(gòu)仿生設(shè)計了蠕動式發(fā)酵罐,。通過過濾膜與罐的一體耦合實現(xiàn)了液態(tài)培養(yǎng)基的連續(xù)補(bǔ)料和發(fā)酵代謝產(chǎn)物的連續(xù)分離,。利用蠕動技術(shù)達(dá)到了微生物與底物充分混合并減少了能耗,，同時減少了膜分離過程中的濃差極化現(xiàn)象的產(chǎn)生,。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem of stalk fermentation, a kind of peristaltic fermentator was designed by coupling bionics method according to the structure and function of rumen. The dynamic equilibrium of culture medium and production could be reached though coupling of fermentation and separation. The microorganism and substrate could be mixed and the energy consumption reduced by using bionic peristaltic method, and the concentration polarization could be lowered during the membrane separation.
