    摘要:

    借助均勻設(shè)計(jì)理論和軟件對防滲渠道塑膜鋪襯機(jī)進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究,。提出了渠道塑膜鋪襯效果的評價(jià)方法,，分析了機(jī)器前進(jìn)速度,、展膜刷后傾角,、展膜刷高度對鋪膜效果的影響規(guī)律,，并對設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,，證明主動同步放膜,、展膜刷隨動展膜的鋪膜機(jī)構(gòu)適于渠道空間鋪膜作業(yè),。

    Abstract:

    Using uniformity design theory and software, the machine to pave geomembrane lining on the trapezoid canal has been researched and tested. The method of evaluating the effect to pave geomembrane lining on the canals was put forward; the influence rules of the machine forward velocity, the brush slope angle, the brush height to the effect of pave geomembrane lining were analyzed, and the design parameters were optimized. The experiment testified that the mechanism to pave the lining in initiative and synchronization and for the brush to follow and contour and unfold the geomembrane fitted to the working of paving lining on canal.
