    摘要:

    采用應(yīng)變片測試技術(shù),對自然吸氣和增壓中冷柴油機(jī)濕式缸套在外特性工況下工作時的周向應(yīng)變進(jìn)行了動態(tài)測試,,擬合出缸套工作時的周向變形曲線,,對比分析了不同機(jī)型濕式氣缸套工作變形的特點(diǎn)以及主要影響因素,。研究結(jié)果表明,,隨轉(zhuǎn)速的提高,,自然吸氣柴油機(jī)缸套主推力面應(yīng)變隨之增加,,逐漸呈現(xiàn)一種振動特性,;而轉(zhuǎn)速提高對增壓中冷柴油機(jī)缸套周向應(yīng)變影響不明顯,缸套主推力面應(yīng)變最大值出現(xiàn)在各作用力對缸套壁面作功最多的額定扭矩工況,。

    Abstract:

    Adopting foil gauge test technology, the dynamic test to circle dynamic strain of wet cylinder liner of naturally aspirated and intercooled diesel engine under the condition of full load characteristic has been done, the circle deformation curve of cylinder liner while working was fit, the deformation characteristic of wet cylinder liner and the main influence factor of the different type diesel engine were comparatively analyzed. The results indicated, with the increase of rotational speed, the strain of the main thrust face of cylinder liner of naturally aspirated diesel engine increased, and a vibration characteristic gradually was presented. But the influence of the increase of rotational speed to the circle strain of intercooled diesel engine was not obvious. The maximum value of the main thrust face strain of cylinder liner appeared in the rated torque condition where every force did most work to the surface of cylinder liner.
