    摘要:

    利用ADAMS軟件建立了具有四輪獨(dú)立制動(dòng)的整車多體動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,,在Matlab環(huán)境中設(shè)計(jì)了PI控制的車輛穩(wěn)定性控制(VSC)系統(tǒng),,通過定義ADAMS與Matlab兩種軟件間的數(shù)據(jù)交換接口將設(shè)計(jì)的控制系統(tǒng)模型與整車模型相結(jié)合,,對(duì)帶有VSC系統(tǒng)的汽車進(jìn)行了典型行駛工況下的仿真試驗(yàn),。研究結(jié)果為設(shè)計(jì)車輛動(dòng)力學(xué)穩(wěn)定性控制系統(tǒng)提供了一種有效的驗(yàn)證方法,彌補(bǔ)了現(xiàn)實(shí)物理試驗(yàn)條件的缺乏;并為VSC系統(tǒng)在車輛工程中的實(shí)際應(yīng)用提供了一定參考。

    Abstract:

    A multi-body dynamic model of the full vehicle was established by using automatic dynamic analysis of mechanical systems (ADAMS) software. A PI controller has been designed for the vehicle stability control (VSC) system under Matlab environment. By way of defining some data exchange interfaces between two kinds of software, the control system has been combined with the full vehicle model and thus, the whole electricity and machine system close-loop simulation model was constructed. The dynamic response of vehicle with VSC system under various operating condition was simulated. The simulation tests indicated that the VSC system could obviously improve vehicle stability and route follow capability. The result of study provided one effective verification method for the performance of VSC system.
