    摘要:

    針對(duì)異丙醇浸出油脂溶劑比和能耗高的問(wèn)題，利用異丙醇對(duì)油脂的溶解度隨溫度變化的特性，對(duì)異丙醇浸出油脂的溶劑回收方法和相應(yīng)的工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行了研究,，確定了最佳逆流浸出級(jí)數(shù)、最合理的浸出溫度,、溶劑比。選擇的最佳生產(chǎn)工藝條件為：浸出溫度78℃,、異丙醇質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)95%,、浸出時(shí)間45min、溶劑比1,、浸出級(jí)

    Abstract:

    數(shù)7級(jí),。To lower the solvent ratio and the energy consumption during the solvent recovery process, the methods of solvent recycling and parameter determination for the best extraction stage number, extraction temperature, solvent/yield ratio were studied. The optimized processing conditions obtained are extraction temperature of 78℃, isopropyl alcohol concentration of 95% (wt%), duration time of 45min, solvent/yield ratio of 1 and extraction stage number of 7.
