    對大豆膨化料經(jīng)正己烷浸出后的濕粕進行離心脫除溶劑,，選取離心時間,、轉(zhuǎn)速,、離心料量3個因素進行了正交試驗,，分析了各因素對離心分離粕溶劑殘留率的影響,。試驗結(jié)果表明,，最佳離心脫溶條件為離心時間3min,、轉(zhuǎn)速2000r

    Abstract:

    /min,、離心料量1kg。 The study on desolventizing of expanded extracted wet soybean meal by centrifugal separation was conducted. Centrifugal time,，rotating speed and feed quantity were taken as three factors of orthogonal experiment. The effects of the factors on their levels of residual solvent content in centrifugal separated solid were analyzed. The experiments show that the appropriate conditions for the centrifugal separation were as follows: centrifugal time 3min, rotating speed 2 000 r/min and feed quantity 1kg.
