    摘要:

    根據(jù)液體霧化原理設(shè)計(jì)了輕型電動(dòng)彌霧機(jī)專(zhuān)用噴頭,，并對(duì)該噴頭各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)與分析,。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,，通過(guò)調(diào)整上,、下噴頭體的安裝距離,、更換噴頭片或使用不同傾角的進(jìn)液孔,，可以獲得不同的霧滴直徑,。溫室內(nèi)作業(yè)時(shí)宜選用噴孔直徑為0.7mm和1.0mm的噴頭片,；大田或小型果園作業(yè)時(shí)選用直徑為1.2mm和1.5mm的噴頭片為宜,。

    Abstract:

    According to the principle of liquid atomization a nozzle for electric mist sprayer was designed. The performance parameters of the liquid nozzle, such as pressure, diameter of nozzle orifice films, droplet diameter and volume, as well as the structure of spray nozzle and principle of the nozzle were analyzed. The test results indicated that the various droplet diameters could be obtained by adjusting the distance between nozzle body from top to bottom part of the installation or replacement nozzles films, or by changing the hole with different angle. When operated in greenhouse it is advised to use nozzle orifice films with φ0.7mm or φ1.0mm and φ1.2mm or φ1.5mm in field or small orchards operations.
