    摘要:

    為研究翻轉(zhuǎn)式雙向犁翻轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)的動(dòng)態(tài)特性,，設(shè)計(jì)了三維回轉(zhuǎn)部件動(dòng)態(tài)測(cè)定儀,。利用該測(cè)定儀可以動(dòng)態(tài)檢測(cè)翻轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)程中的角位移、角加速度,、扭矩,、油缸壓力等物理量,，并可記錄供分析研究。利用Visual Basic和Visual C++開發(fā)的動(dòng)態(tài)鏈接庫(kù)(DLL)程序,，可以很方便地開發(fā)集數(shù)據(jù)采集,、顯示、記錄,、打印為一體的應(yīng)用軟件,。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明，軟件界面友好,，操作簡(jiǎn)單,，功能強(qiáng)大。

    Abstract:

    A dynamic measuring instrument for 3-D rotating parts has been developed in order to research the reversible dynamic properties of a reversible plow. While reversing, the instrument can dynamically collect the data of plow's angle, angular acceleration, torque and oil pressure and automatically save them for latter use. It is convenient to develop the software of data collecting, displaying, saving and printing by Visual Basic and dynamic link library (DLL) which can be created by Visual C++. It was demonstrated that the software had the advantages of friendly interface, ease of operation and use and powerful functions.
