    摘要:

    利用ANSYS中的三維層單元模擬輪胎復(fù)合材料,建立了7.00-16 14PR 斜交輪胎三維有限元分析模型。在此基礎(chǔ)上研究了輪胎在額定氣壓下的主應(yīng)力、剪應(yīng)力及簾布端點(diǎn)處層間剪應(yīng)力的分布規(guī)律,,并指出了它們對(duì)輪胎早期失效的影響,。分析結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了三維有限元建模的正確性和有限元法應(yīng)用于層間剪應(yīng)力分析的有效性,。

    Abstract:

    A three-dimensional finite element model for the bias tire improved from a two-dimensional geometric model was established. The simulation based on the model for bias tire (700-16 14PR) was carried out by using the 3-D layer element simulating tire composite embed in ANSYS software. The distributions of principal stress, shear stress and inter-laminar shear stress under the rating air pressure was study. Their influence on early-failure of the bias tire was pointed out. The results indicate that the 3-D finite element model is correct, the application of the finite element to inter-laminar shear stress is effective and has a significance for structural design of tire.
