Based on analysis of characteristic parameters of a motor, the research of hybrid systematic vibration under electro-mechanical coupling was completely proceeded. Dynamics characteristic of the engine shaft system will be changed by electromagnetic torque, torsion rigid and damp of motor. A qualitative analysis on the characteristic of a hybrid system vibration was performed when the motor worked at two different kinds of modes of assistant push and power generation. The results from both are consistent with each other.
