    摘要:

    利用CFD模擬計(jì)算軟件,對(duì)軸流式油氣混輸泵半螺旋形吸入室在不同含氣率時(shí)的流場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了模擬分析,,得出了各含氣量時(shí)的氣相分布規(guī)律,,分析了氣體積聚和旋渦形成的原因,。根據(jù)分析結(jié)果,,加大了吸入室從徑向轉(zhuǎn)向軸向時(shí)過(guò)渡區(qū)的斷面面積和圓弧半徑,;增大了隔舌處的過(guò)渡圓弧,,減小了出口端隔舌的厚度,。樣機(jī)試驗(yàn)表明,泵效率和含氣率均明顯提高,,說(shuō)明采取的措施是有效的,。

    Abstract:

    Using CFD (computational fluid dynamics) software, the flow field of the axial flow gas-oil multiphase pump's semi-volute suction chamber in different void fractions has been simulated. The flow field velocity distribution was got and the reason for gas accumulation and vortex according to the gas distribution and slice graph were analyzed. The section area of axis and the roundness corner radian were augmented and the thickness of the outlet separator tongue was reduced in order to improve the performance of the pump. By testing the prototype pump, it showed that the pump efficiency and the void fraction were obviously advanced, which indicated the measures were effective.
