    摘要:

    采用國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化組織和中國(guó)石化行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，考察了以三羥甲基丙烷酯（TMP）為主要成分的二沖程汽油機(jī)油基礎(chǔ)油的潤(rùn)滑性能,。研究表明,，TMP在二沖程汽油機(jī)的運(yùn)行過(guò)程中具有良好的潤(rùn)滑性能,，且高溫粘度越高,，潤(rùn)滑性能越好,；多種不同粘度TMP調(diào)合使用,，具有增效作用,，混合酯的潤(rùn)滑性能超過(guò)單一成分的潤(rùn)滑性能,。用相同的潤(rùn)滑性評(píng)定方法并不能考核酯基二沖程油中抗磨劑的作用,。

    Abstract:

    According to the evaluating standards of two-stroke gasoline engine oil's lubricity published by ISO and Sinopec, the lubricity of two-stroke lubricant’s base oils that mainly constituted by trimethylol propane ester (TMP) has been investigated. The research results indicated that TMP had excellent high-temperature lubricity under the engine operating conditions. The lubricity was better when using higher high-temperature viscosity TMP. The mixed ester had better lubricity than any single composition in the mixture. But the effect of anti-wear additives on lubricity in ester base oils could not be investigated by the evaluating method of lubricity.
