    摘要:

    數(shù)值模擬和試驗驗證了板翅式油冷器進出油管位置對油流動的均勻性和油側壓降的影響,。在數(shù)值計算中采用多孔介質模型簡化具有錯位翅片的油道,，并引入油流動均勻性系數(shù)來評價流動的均勻性。計算結果和試驗數(shù)據表明,，CFD作為虛擬試驗的工具具有明顯的優(yōu)點,，它能展現(xiàn)內部流動的細節(jié)，對散熱器優(yōu)化設計具有一定的參考價值,。

    Abstract:

    The inlet and outlet position of heat exchangers plays an important role in the mass flow rate distribution and pressure drop across the plate-fin oil cooler; the two geometrical parameters were studied by numerical simulation and verified by experimental work. In the simulation process, the porous media model was introduced to substitute the offset-strip-fin oil channel, and the non-uniformity coefficient was used to evaluate the mass flow rate distribution.
