    摘要:

    根據(jù)封閉式差動無級變速器的工作原理，應(yīng)用多體動力學(xué)分析軟件ADAMS構(gòu)建封閉式差動無級變速器虛擬樣機，探討了封閉式差動無級變速器的物理約束機制的實現(xiàn)方法，建立了動力學(xué)仿真分析模型，分析了主要部件速度、受力的情況。結(jié)果表明，采用虛擬樣機得出的結(jié)果與理論分析值具有較好的一致性。

    Abstract:

    Based on the movement of closed differential CVT, the virtual prototype of a closed differential CVT was set up by using mechanical system simulation software ADAMS. Physical constraint mechanism of the closed differential CVT was implemented，its dynamic model of virtual prototyping system was built up. And the velocity and the force of important part were analyzed. The result indicated that the consistence of virtual prototype and theoretical calculation were confirmed.
