    摘要:

    設(shè)計(jì)一種能替代傳統(tǒng)人力操作的熱浸種消毒殺菌機(jī)。該機(jī)主要結(jié)構(gòu)由內(nèi)桶和錐桶組成,，內(nèi)桶的攪拌裝置有利于快速均勻加熱種子,，并且容易把殺菌溫度較好地控制在±1℃的誤差范圍內(nèi)，經(jīng)試驗(yàn)和分析給出了錐桶錐角α=10°,。趁熱脫水后的種子能及時(shí)干燥,。該機(jī)還可完成選種、清洗作業(yè),。

    Abstract:

    The hot water can kill various germs, virus and injurious insects in the face and inside of the seed. The temperature must be controlled well to kill them but do not hurt seed. The invention is the latest sterilized machinery for seed. It could change the traditional manual labor into machine working. The mainframe of the machinery was formed by the inner bucket and tapered bucket. By way of testing and data analyzing, the result was proved that the angle of the taper bucket was 10° and the machine was working well. The specificity of machinery is that it is easy to control the sterilizing temperature with an error of ±1℃. The seed can be dried in time after dehydrated while still hot. The machine can also be used to select and clean seed.
