    摘要:

    利用ADAMS軟件建立懸架轉(zhuǎn)向機(jī)構(gòu)的虛擬樣機(jī)模型,系統(tǒng)分析轉(zhuǎn)向梯形斷開點(diǎn)對(duì)阿克曼轉(zhuǎn)向特性和車輪前束角變化特性的影響,,并對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)向梯形斷開點(diǎn)位置進(jìn)行優(yōu)化計(jì)算,,同時(shí)進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,。研究結(jié)果表明,,該方法使轉(zhuǎn)向梯形斷開點(diǎn)的設(shè)計(jì)更為精確,、清晰,,提高了工作效率;優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)后,,改善了轉(zhuǎn)向梯形的運(yùn)動(dòng)特性和車輪前束角隨車輪跳動(dòng)行程的變化特性。

    Abstract:

    The multi-body kinematics model of the McPherson suspension was established by using ADAMS/Car software. The effect of splitting point on Ackerman steering linkage and suspension kinematics characteristic has been studied. Meanwhile, the parameters of the splitting point of Ackerman steering linkage were optimized. Experimental study has been carried out. The results indicated that the method made the design of the splitting point of Ackerman steering linkage more concise and clear, and the parameters of optimization improved the Ackerman steering linkage and suspension kinematics characteristic.
