    摘要:

    在不同直導葉下,，應用全流場三維湍流數(shù)值模擬方法，進行了軸伸式貫流泵站雙向運行的三維湍流內部流動研究及性能預測，探討了導葉型式對泵站性能的影響,，并與彎導葉進行了比較,。結果顯示，導葉對改進流道內的流態(tài)有明顯效果,，可消除流道內的反向流動,，使流動變化均勻；彎導葉對泵站正,、反向運行性能反應敏感,，直導葉下泵站正、反向運行性能較為接近,，對泵站性能影響較小,，為雙向運行時間較為接近的泵站可選方案。

    Abstract:

    The influence of guide vanes on tubular pumping station performance in dual-directional operation was studied, based on the Reynolds time-averaged N-S equations and the Realizable k-εturbulent flow model, applying the law-of-the-wall and sliding mesh technique. The influence of front guide vanes, back guide vanes, dual guide vanes and no guide vanes on tubular pumping station performance in dual-directional operation was discussed, and compared with curved guide vanes. The data obtained allowed us to analyze the main phenomena existed in the pumping station.
