    摘要:

    基于GD-1高壓共軌燃油噴射系統(tǒng),對(duì)共軌油壓的控制策略進(jìn)行了研究和仿真。根據(jù)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)工況分別進(jìn)行開(kāi)環(huán)與閉環(huán)的控制策略設(shè)計(jì),,仿真中引入控制字以在開(kāi)環(huán)與閉環(huán)中進(jìn)行切換,閉環(huán)控制中設(shè)計(jì)了多種控制模式,,采用PID控制方法,通過(guò)試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行在線參數(shù)整定。利用Matlab/Simulink工具對(duì)控制策略進(jìn)行編程實(shí)現(xiàn)和初步仿真,,仿真結(jié)果表明設(shè)計(jì)的控制策略能滿足發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)實(shí)時(shí)運(yùn)行的要求,。

    Abstract:

    Basing on the GD-1 high pressure common rail fuel injection system, the fuel pressure control strategy was studied and simulated. According to the operating state of engine the control strategy was designed in open loop or closed-loop separately, and two control modes were switched by the control flags. A PID method was adopted in closed-loop control and control parameters were determined by experiments. Finally the control strategy was realized and simulated by Matlab/Simulink, and the diesel engine can be real-time controlled and satisfactory results can be obtained.
