    摘要:

    針對被動懸架系統(tǒng)自身動態(tài)特性不可調的局限性,,建立了基于地棚控制策略的重載車輛半主動懸架系統(tǒng)的道路友好性仿真模型,,分析了無場阻尼系數,、車輛行駛速度對車輛-路面動態(tài)載荷的影響,。利用動態(tài)載荷系數,、動態(tài)載荷應力因子2個道路友好性指標進行了評價,,采用參數化分析方法分別研究了無場阻尼系數,、車輛行駛速度對道路友好性的影響,。研究結果表明,,無場阻尼系數對車輛-路面動態(tài)載荷的平均值影響比較明顯,,對其標準差影響并不明顯,數值上對道路友好性并無影響,;提高車輛行駛速度將降低基于地棚控制策略的半主動懸架系統(tǒng)對道路的友好性,。

    Abstract:

    Considering non-adjustable dynamic performance of a passive suspension system,a simulation model of heavy lorries with a semi-active suspension system based on groundhook control strategy was designed. Road-friendliness of a semi-active suspension system was evaluated based on two typical road damage criterion respectively using Matlab/Simulink package. The results of this study showed that road-friendliness of semi-active suspension systems with groundhook control strategy was improved comparing with that of its counterpart. The influence of non-field damping coefficient on vehicle-road dynamic force was obvious, but its impact on the standard deviation of vehicle-road dynamic force or road-friendliness could be neglected. Increased traveling speed resulted in deteriorated road-friendliness of heavy lorries with a semi-active suspension system based on groundhook control strategy.
